Head of Bidding jobs in Sharjah. Currently we are looking for Head of Bidding for our company. Location Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
To lead and manage the Bid & Solutions Team as part of the Growth function in collaboration with the wider business to deliver the Divisional strategy and business objectives, in accordance with regional and Group governance processes.
Engaging in client facing activities and driving accounts as part of the Client Engagement programme in support of Growth activities.
Personally leading large complex opportunities from early shaping to successful transition.
Responsible for working across a portfolio of complex bids, and product and service developments spanning Transport, Aviation, Defence and
Citizen Services; digital asset management, workforce management, data management with a focus on customer-centred solutions using our Experience Lab brand.
Education & Experience:
Bold leadership skills to motivate teams and drive the business to enact change.
Highly collaborative with all levels of the hierarchy, with strong influencing skills
Ability to develop technical, financial and commercial bidding solutions.
Ability to improve business processes and roll out change programmers.
Outside-in approach to developing innovative solutions focused on customer experience design
Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and ability to gather information to support commercial decisions
Experience in managing a large complex business opportunity with complex Governance processes.
Experience in the Middle East region with a strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia
Experience or strong understanding of the “Citizen Services” and the “Transport” sector
Experience in a leadership role within the bidding and solutions field.
