Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Provide personalized support to each student.
• Coach and monitor student s ability to meet the required Independence Level work habits.
• Meet each student one-on-one once a week to set, monitor, and evaluate progress on goals
• Collect and reflect on student data; adjust and advise instruction accordingly.
• Develop positive mindsets around goal-setting, academic work and collaborative projects.
• Model and foster a culture of respect and learning.

• Determine students academic and social-emotional learning objectives and ensure that they are met.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communication.
• Document learning moments and share with other team members as well as parents.
• Conduct home group welcome circle and home group reflection time.
• Cooperate with administration staff.
• Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Have 2 years of teaching experience for elementary/primary school students
• Have a multicultural experience and background
• Have excellent command of English
• Be acquainted with blended learning pedagogues and learning environments
• Have trained as a teacher with an established academic or professional institution
• A strong communicator who is able to persuade others with her own ideas and listen emphatically to others.
