Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure all organizational structures are up to date working alongside the HR Generalist, support staff across other operating countries and payroll reflecting any changes on a monthly basis.
• Support the HR Operations of other GCC countries with administrative work, communications and answering any queries within the incumbent’s remit
• Monitor employee leave and requests including relevant communications to Accounts for necessary action
• Enter employee data into database, ensuring all records are kept up to date and maintained
• Maintain employee files to ensure all relevant paperwork is complete
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure the timely completion execution of relevant administrative formalities including, filing, document control.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years working in an administrative role
• Administrative Archiving Business Acumen
• Clerical Communication (Verbal, Written) Computer and Software Literacy
• Document Control Due Diligence Electronic imaging and storage
• Filing Research Scanning.
