Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Conduct employee on-boarding and help plan training & development.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Undertake tasks in performance management.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Attendance management
• Follow and maintain social & medical insurance actions
• Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality
• Maintain and update employee database.
• Handling employee’s contracts and official papers as required.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Excellence English
• Exp.3-5 years in recruitment prefer has experience in the same position or as personnel/OD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
