Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Ensure an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.
• Document efficient and effective processes in the company’s internal IT systems.
• Prepare Cheques and conduct bank transfers.
• Upload the online payments on the bank system.
• Review all forms received from logistics.
• Revise cash journal
• Enter data of bank balances and bank loans on the internal treasury management system.
• Track the interest rate.
• Track bank charges.
• Follow up on the collections in cooperation with sales team.
• Prepare actual cash flow on a weekly basis.
• Assist employees in the compilation of company accounts; cooperating with audit companies and consultants.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree of Commerce/ Accounting major.
• 1-2 year of Experience in Accounting preferably in Manufacturing.
• Very good communication skills.
• Excellent command of English language.
• SAP experience is a plus.
