Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Understands individual client needs, develops design concepts and proposes furniture brands in consultation with client.
• Obtains and assembles all necessary design details, space and site requirements to complete architectural designs.
• Reads, prepares and submits tender and contract documents as required.
• Operates computer-aided drafting (CAD) 2D and 3D to produce input working drawings in line with set project requirements and Al Dhow standards.
• Prepares presentations to allow client to visualize the project using PowerPoint software.
• Produces sample or mood boards for presentation to client.
• Visits job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor of Art or Science or equivalent Diploma in Architecture/Interior Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in dealing with major International Brands and working on Office & Commercial Projects
• Computer Skills AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D Max.
