Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Development and execution of an Internal Audit Framework
• Development and execution of internal audit policies and procedures
• Operate internal audits, reporting to senior management and the audit committee
• Develop and maintain a quality assurance and improvement program
• Follow up on internal audit findings and corrective actions
• Support the Head of Risk in operational and enterprise risk management, including risk reporting, liaison with risk management committee, risk mitigation, risk review.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Minimum of bachelors degree in finance, together with CIA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or similar qualification in either finance or audit
• Strong understanding of operational and enterprise risk management
• Experience in risk based audits
• Experience in big four audit and advisory firms, together with experience in house with a blue chip firm
• Strive for best practice and operational excellence
• Analytical, investigative and problem solving skills.

• Team player with very high level of integrity and work ethic
• Strong relationship management skills, able to work with and present to senior stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skill sin both English and Arabic.
