IT Administrator Sharjah jobs. Currently we are looking for IT Administrator for our company in Sharjah. Interested Candidates Can submit their Application.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Provide technical support for the I.T Equipment & software to resolve operational problems and/or enhance product performance. To ensure that hardware, software & network is maintained and repaired as necessary
• Provide end-users support on the use of I.T Equipment & Software
• Assist and educate users for the efficient use of I.T products
• Perform standard preventive maintenance on computers and peripherals to avoid incidents
• Follow-up with ISP for various issues and services for procuring new services and ensuring availability of service
• Participate in installation of Data/voice network and provide/enhance I.T network
• Liaison with department managers and company management on I.T needs
• To facilitate the growth of the company’s I.T and communication infrastructure, including the following functional areas:
• Network infrastructure (LAN, VLAN, WAN, VPN)
• Servers, operating systems & office automation software.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor of Computer Science or communication engineering .
• 2-3 years of experience in the same field .
• CCNA Certified
• MCSE Certified (preferable)
• English is a must
• Problem solving skills.
• Communication skills.
