Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Monitors IT Center performance in order to ensure delivery of high-quality IT services.
• Develops an annual plan and budget, ensuring the efficient utilization of allocated resources.
• Collaborates with all relevant stakeholders to coordinate the evaluation, deployment and management of IT systems across the campuses.
• Identifies opportunities and advises on appropriate and cost-effective IT investments.
• Consults with cross-functional teams to implement new services and re-engineer IT process as required.
• Produces regular and ad hoc reports and analysis on activities and programs.
• Conducts regular internal IT audits and prepare audit reports.
• Ensures that appropriate IT teams are in place in order to support the needs of various client groups.
• Other duties as assigned by the Senior Management.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or relevant.
• Professional, Technical/ IT management training/certifications are preferred.
• 8-10 years of related work experience in Information Services including but not limited to Networking, Communication, Database etc, with at least 5 years spent in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Good experience in configuring switches router and firewall.
• Experience in Help Desk support system.
• Microsoft and Cisco certification is preferred.
• Strong management/ leadership skills as exhibited by experience in effectively leading an IT team.
• Highly developed organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• Must demonstrate high proficiency in bilingual (English, Arabic) communication.
• Previous experience working in a higher education institution is preferred.
