Job Duties and Responsibilities :
First line support for the users
• Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications.
• Provide support for all IT related activities (Desktop/Laptops, IT equipment, Applications) and perform hardware and software installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers, and networks problem.
• Install, test and configure new workstations, equipment and software.
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
• Provide training for general PC skills for users (Windows, MS office or other training when required)
• Responsible to follow and apply IT strategies, polices and securities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Sc in computer science or computer engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the Information Technology area.
• MCSE is a must.
• Basic network troubleshooting is a must
• Very Good Command of English.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Very good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Presentable and self-motivated.
• Flexible and proactive approach to teamwork
• Good learning skills.
• Problem analysis and solving
• Business and result oriented.
