Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Performance manage all nominated test locations
Handle disciplinary actions and site terminations
Ensure compliance with policies, practices and procedures
Ensure the security of exams and the environment.
Conduct regular test centre audits
Review and file reports reflecting unusual circumstances
Maintain necessary stock of supplies
Responsible for all aspects of the candidate experience.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
As demonstrated through recognized IT certifications were possible. An understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
A minimum of 1 year in a support role within a networked environment is required
A minimum of 1 years experience of support and maintenance of IT hardware
Understanding and adherence to a standards based environment
Willingness to develop and improve own and others IT knowledge and experience
A willingness to travel throughout the Middle East.
