Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare and post jobs Social Media/LinkedIn/websites.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Proven recruiting experience, 3-5 years in Software companies.
IT Background is a plus.
Has wide network and strong database.
Excellent English Skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interview, reference check etc).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
HR Diploma is a must Or Deep HR self-study.
