Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• PC hardware software installation & troubleshooting.
• Server hardware software installation, troubleshooting, Security Issues and Email Functions
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Routers Firewalls configuration and troubleshooting
• Installation and configuration of printers & multi-functional printers
• Installation & configuration of Access Control systems
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers.
• Run software updates backups.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Computer Science Network Hardware and Software related courses
• Minimum 2 years experience in UAE
• Candidates with a valid UAE driver’s license, preferably with own car, will be preferred
• Nationalities preferred- Philippines , Chinese
• The candidate must be proficient in English and must have strong communication and written skills.
