Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Installation and configuration of a company s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
• Troubleshoot the system and network problems.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Performing electrical safety checks on the company s computer equipment.
• Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• An ability to assess each customer/employee’s IT knowledge levels
• Ability to deal with difficult callers
• Logical thinker
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Up-to-date technical knowledge
• An in-depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers/employees are using.
