Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Ensure that all kitchen equipments are properly maintained and service to upkeep all equipments and to avoid breakdown
Perform preventive maintenance and completes the turn-over quickly and efficiently in order to satisfy and meet the Guest needs
Respond to breakdowns of equipments and being available incase of emergency and applying the appropriate action as per Hotel policy and standards.

Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
Maintain a complete understanding of the Employee Handbook and adhere to regulations contained therein.
Maintain a complete understanding of the Hotel s policy relating to fire, safety and health, and ensure all precautions are taken to safeguard against incidents for areas under your supervision.
Perform other assignments to meet business needs as directed by your superiors.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Self-motivated.
Team player.
Innovative thinking.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks consistent with business objectives.
High attention to detail.
Must be fluent in local language, conversational in English desired.
Maintenance vocational skills as per Hotel and job requirements.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND EDUCATION
A graduate of an Engineering or similar vocational training course.
Minimum of 1-year maintenance experience required.
