Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Custom clearance/ Municipality Approvals
- Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments
- Recruit and train of warehouse personnel
- Ensure materials are collected and delivered to sites in a timely manner as per clients criteria
- Liaise with procurement and sales team for on time in-bound & out-bound shipments
- Negotiate rates with carriers
- Maintain customer service logs and safety record
- Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems
- Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations
- Follows up on interruptions to the order
- Organises, plans, and implements inventory activity.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years operations experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel)
- Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel.
