Maintenance Support Officer in E Dubai jobs. Currently we are looking for Maintenance Support Officer for our company. Location Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the maintenance technicians in day-to-day maintenance and preventive tasks
• Carry out preventive maintenance check of cleaning equipment such as industrial vacuum cleaner, high pressure cleaning machine and other specialized cleaning equipment
• Assist the technicians or other technical support staff to identify different types of cleaning methods including cleaning and restoration treatments
• Provide support to the senior engineers in administrative task such as collating reports, etc.
• Follow the operation and maintenance work instructions to ensure compliance with the requirements
• Ensure the maintenance tools and equipment are in good condition
• Maintain accurate maintenance records of cleaning the building, structure, cleaning equipment and other information using a computerized maintenance management system
• Perform shift and emergency duties when required.
Education & Experience:
• Experience in structural stitching, grouting, scaffolding, pressure pointing, re-casing and general structural repairs is preferable.
• Understand and with experience in adhering to structure work instructions.
• Must have completed secondary level (high school) with vocational certificate or equivalent.
