Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform the preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Attend the breakdowns without any delay
• Follow the LOTO procedure while doing maintenance
• Identify and report the issues to attend while doing maintenance (spare parts requirement etc.)
• Maintain the tools & parts in good condition
• Regular visits of all machines once in a shift
• Provide training to operator if change anything in unusual and make report
• Make available the parts which identified for maintenance before attend the Preventive maintenance
• Work with managers and supervisors to implement the Company’s policies, safety, quality policy and procedures and business objectives;
• Make a positive contribution to maintaining a workplace that is healthy, safe, neat and tidy;
• Carry out any other duties reasonable within capability as required by the Maintenance Supervisor / Plant Manager.
• To know the company safety and environmental rules and regulations
• To report to immediate supervisor during the emergency situations
• To follow all legal rules and regulations
• Participation & Consultation towards review of Risk Assessment & Impact Aspects
• To attend all the QHSE trainings planned by MR and HR Manager
• Know and understand the safe working procedures of relevant work
• Recognize environmental, health, and safety hazards.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Diploma (Mechanical Engg.)/ Technical Certificate (2Years)+3year experience in manufacturing industry

EXPERIENCE

• Two years related experience in oil field plant maintenance activity include electrical and mechanical maintenance of machines& Equipment
• Knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic Equipment is an essential

DESIRABLE

• Expertise in trouble shooting of CNC machines/oil country lathe machines.
