Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• In tribute to the development and execution of different marketing projects.
• Create, administrate, and analyze the company s social media pages and develop frequent posts.
• Engage with social media followers and keep-up the following process.
• Manage graphic design and photography projects.
• Coordinate and deal with different specialized magazines and press for Ads and News.
• Develop major presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, online and print advertisings.
• Assist in events and exhibitions management including invitations, catering, tools, booth, follow-up and other administration activities.
• Manage prospects and Customer Relationship Management CRM tool.
• Assist in developing and collecting responses of online market research through survey-monkey or similar platforms.

Skills:
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written (English and Arabic).
• Strong diplomatic and negotiating skills.
• Customer focused with excellent organizational skills.
• Possess outstanding prioritizing and time management skills.
• Experience in using CRM tools like Sales force, Zoho or others.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Fast-learner with a desire to learn new concepts.
•  Possess good attention to details.
• Creative and proactive problem solver.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-3 years marketing experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
• Work perfectly with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel.
• Experience in using web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Work experience in graphic design with Adobe Illustrator or others.
