Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Medical representative specialized in laboratory equipment
• Call on retail accounts as assigned, both existing and new.
• Present new product introductions.
• Create and present promotional opportunities through the retailers advertising vehicles on/or off shelf.
• Process and follow up on orders as necessary.
• Ability to comprehend and use sales data in presentations (SPINS, etc.)
• Participate in trade shows/table top shows as directed by management.

• Maintain store sets/testers/merchandising units/racks/literature.
• Help coordinate educational seminars/training.
• Sell overstocks/distressed merchandise.
• Traveling with Principals as needed.
• Keep sales books updated.
• Communicate with Sales Manager regarding sales issues and objectives.
• Respond timely to all correspondence.
• Update Home Office in a timely manner on receipt of information on new principals.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Ability to deal with others and gain and build new relationships.
• Audacity and flexibility are the most important qualities that must be available in the successful sales representative.
• Ability to withstand work pressure for long hours.
• Know the specifications of the product that is promoting it, its advantages and disadvantages.
• To have a complete idea of the company and all its products and features of the company and its services and offers to customers.
• To be familiar with selling skills and psychology at the same time, to know how to choose the right moment to talk and know when to stop talking.
• Has a strong desire for success and excellence, and has the ability to challenge to achieve success and superiority over others, and he believes in the capabilities he possesses.
• Good behavior and the ability to make the right decision at the right time.
