Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Work Scheduling.
• Answering and receiving phone calls.
• Sending and checking emails and requesting quotations.
• Accepts bookings through email, mobile and landline calls.
• Preparing schedules for the clients, staff and manager.
• Explain and discuss to the client the company profile and services offered.
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
• Selling and promoting new packages and offers to the customers.
• Preparing contracts, Billing Statement and receipts.
• Follow up customer for their schedules and payments.
• Handling and dealing customer complaints and feedback regarding our service.
• Look after the filing, photocopying, binding and updating client leads.
• Depositing cash collections in the bank.
• Update Ads in Socials Medias such as Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
• Post vacancy, screening applicants and assisting interviews.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Proven experience as operations coordinator or in a similar role
• Experience in customer service will be a plus
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, back-office and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Reliable with patience and professionalism
• Associate s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
