Operations Coordinator

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

• Responsible for Receiving inbound Sales Call, and forwarding the case to responsible personal within Softex , along with preparation of Monthly Sales Activities Tracking Report.
• Handling the operation tasks with all departments.
• Handling all the client complains & coordinate the projects delivery date or operation circle internal/ external.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction report
• Follow up on all company running projects.
• Coordinating Sales / Clients folders and paperwork.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor s degree
• 1-2 Years of Experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
