Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• To identify Training needs of Members and be Responsible for providing a safe and effective exercise environment.
• To Evaluate Member Fitness Needs.
• Convert members into Personal training.
• Responsible for the Targets provided by the Management.
• Instruct patrons on effective workout methods by explaining proper techniques and demonstrating appropriate methods of exercises.
• Customer satisfaction to be maintained at high level.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• 5 Stars Luxury Hotel experience is a plus
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role with a Health, Fitness and Exercise Instruction certification is a must.
• Good interpersonal skills and patience is essential.
• Other added certification and ability to conduct approved classes for Yoga, Pilate or other fitness programs is advantageous.
