Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Supervise the implementation of the system of the sector in its plant.
• Compensate plant expenses and increase production.
• Analyse the existing and future projects and the preparation of the necessary reports and to be submitted to the management.
• Follow up the implementation of daily production with precision.
• Follow-up consumption of concrete materials and achieve savings without compromising quality.
• Follow up the plant balances through the accountant of the plant and follow up collection.
• Ensure the site members engagement and satisfaction.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Faculty of Engineering Post Management Studies are preferred.
• From 5 years of experience in constructions or ready mix industry.
• Working knowledge of continuous improvement techniques including 5 s and six Sigma.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
• Excellent Organizational Skills with ability to multitask.
