Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper housekeeping and control of equipment and materials in the manufacturing area.
- Responsible for the product quality and process efficiency.
- Coordinate set-up of new jobs ensuring that Run Sheets, Materials, Personnel and Equipment are adequately allocated.
- Perform oven profiles to determine line speed and document results in graph charts.
- Support Engineering with development of new products
- Coordinate employees’ schedule such as overtime, vacation and attendance
- Review and approve employee weekly time sheets.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing plant, preferably in fiberglass pipe industry.
- Strong computer skills
- Fluent in English – ability to communicate with ease and makeshift reports.
