Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Help clients to find the property which matching they needs and budget.
- Monitor the property market to watch out for new Properties up for sale.
- Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
- Contact interested buyers and advise them while choosing the property.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising on the suitability and value of homes they are visiting.
- Investigate clients’ financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- At at least 1 years experience as an property consultant
- Preferably owning a car.
- Presentable.
- Have a market knowledge and market awareness.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent English.
