Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assists in determining the organization s sales goals and drafts the strategy to achieve such goals within the allocated budget.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Generate leads to create a powerful database of potential buyers
- Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Market products to public and potential buyers
- Promote sales through advertisements
- Assist walk-ins and over the phone leads
- Close deals in cooperation with finance and legal departments
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Overlook brokers performance and targets
- Execute all brokers requests
- Schedule meetings for brokers potential buyers
- Close sales of broker prospective buyers
- Represent the company in promotional activities
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Proven 4-5 years work experience as a property consultant
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- BSc degree preferred.
