Job Duties and Responsibilities :
; Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
; Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
; Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
; Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
; Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
; Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
; Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
; Review property listings and attend conventions, seminars and staff association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
; Contact properties owners and advertise services in order to solicit sales listings.
; Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.
; Using advertisements to promote the sale of a property.
; Generating lists of potential properties that compatible with a buyer’s needs.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
; Minimum 1 year real estate experience in Dubai
; Familiar with Dubai developments and communities
; Knowledge of Dubai property trends
; Good persuasion ad negotiation skills
; Team player and target oriented
; Well presentable and organized
; Computer literate (Internet research, MS office, Property portals )
; English communication (spoken and written it s a must)
; RERA Certified would be an advantage.
