Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
2. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
3. Understanding and promoting company goals and programs.
4. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
5. A commitment to excellent customer service.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
7. Delivery of the goods to the customer and worth collecting it.
8. Ability to clear paper transactions with Egyptian customs, ministry of health and chamber of commerce.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1. Bachelor s Degree: 3-5 years of experience in public relations field
2. Sound knowledge of verbal/written communication in English / Arabic language.
3. Operationally focused, highly motivated, self-starter who is committed to excellence.
4. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Holding valid driving license (having private car is plus point).
