Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Ensure compliance with company policy and Government regulations for processing and delivery of assigned services.
• Record Management update visa administration information.
• Submit documents for Commercial and Trade Licenses business requirements.
• Advise Management of best alternative work permit activities for staff in the processing of Visas.
• Record keeping & monitoring of all applications & documentations.
• Provide consultancy support to Management and employees with regards to legal rules and regulations.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor Degree / Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 4 years experience as PRO in UAE.
• Demonstrable knowledge of all PRO activities.
• Have contacts with Government departments and proven experience in working with them.
• Understanding of Labour Laws is essential.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, communication and written skill.
• Computer literate with knowledge in working with MS Office products.
• Background in HR & Legal is considered as an added advantage.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong ethical values.
