Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Leverage quality management tools (e.g. Verint) to deliver, administer and monitornbspnbspnbsp the quality assurance programs.
• Align organization to implement and support these quality assurance programs.
• Lead the development of effective quality metrics.
• Provide management with timely, relevant and accurate reports.
• Monitor performance and collaborate with management and other key stakeholdersnbspnbsp to develop coaching and other appropriate actions to resolve issues and drivenbspnbspnbsp quality improvements.
• Train and guide management as needed.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Diploma holder.
• Only Male candidates need to apply.
• Minimum one year experience in construction field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
