Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Accountable for the quality of all work and relationships on their team
2. Drive test development, estimation, planning, execution, reporting, and closure
3. Analyze changes to, or the development of, products and services and plan design.
4. Write test plans and develop test cases!
5. Execute the test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
6. Management of defect tracking and test case management software.
7. Run and manage appropriate tests to ensure that requirements have been fully met.
8. Train and evaluate QA Testers
9. Evaluate assigned projects (design, test plan, documentation) with the Producer to head off any potential problems.
10. Create weekly status reports for all assigned test projects.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1. CS background is preferred
2. Good mobile testing experience
3. 5 years of experience in a related field
4. Excellent command of both written and spoken English
5. Automation Testing background is highly preferred.
