• Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
• Qualifying potential buyers/tenants
• Conducting viewings and follow up
• Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
• Maintain regular contact with all clients.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Must possess excellent communication skills within English. Second language is an added advantage. Both verbal and written.
• Strong background within either Real Estate OR High Net worth Sales
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
• Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
• 2-5 Years experience in real estate
• Valid Driving License is advantage.
