Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Build and manage an permanent/contract consulting desk and ultimately build your own business unit within the Recruitment Division.
• Build and manage a market research service for prospective new clients.
• Formulate and manage recruitment assignments, specifically working on mid-career to senior level opportunities.
• Communicate business pipeline to Operation Manager.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants.
• Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
• Working towards and exceeding targets (number of candidates placed, monthly value billed and business leads generated).
• Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Degree qualified – a HR related degree or professional qualification is considered beneficial
• Strong Commercial awareness and communication skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
