Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Sourcing Potential Phases of candidates through his own sourcing activities (Location visits, outdoor sourcing activities).
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Dealing with recruitment agencies and out sources.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
University Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum one year of experience in Blue Collar massive Recruitment.
• Very Good in written and spoken English.
• Eager to learn and to make huge achievements.
• Facility Management is a Must
• Having the ability to work outside the office to have an effective sourcing.
