Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Leading the achievement of net sales, volume targets and business plans
Responsible for contributing into the development and execution of innovation growth plans
Responsible for hiring, coaching, mentoring and developing sales team to deliver business & people objectives
Converting the regions sales and market development objectives to all sales/channel managers within the region
Developing strong working relation with distributors within the region; this will include coordinating with the distributors management and field staff to achieve coverage & customer service objectives
Monitoring competitor activities and conducting market research.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
University degree in Pharma or Life Sciences
Candidates willing to relocate to UAE
10 years total sales experience within Pharma industry
At least 3-5 years of sales experience covering 1-2 countries within the Asia Pacific market
Experience in sales planning, sales trend analysis, distributor operations management and market development.
