Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Attain defined and set Corporate Commercial Finance objectives as advised by the Corporate Commercial Finance Department Head.
• Complete all required deliverables, reports and reviews within their allocated deadlines.
• Provide regular internal trainings to Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers.
• Get involved in the hiring process of new team members.
• Handle designated corporate relationships, including marketing for additional business and annual reviews.
• Establish and develop positive customer relationships by conducting regular visits as well as advising and counseling customers on business/financial requirements.
• Contribute to increasing the economic profit from an allocated portfolio of corporate clients.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Trade Finance.
• A minimum of 7 years of financial service experience, with at least 3 years of banking experience in the Corporate/Commercial lending domain.
• Demonstrate success at driving performance and achieving growth towards meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skill sets.
• A proven track record of developing relationships with commercial companies.
• Excellent understanding of lending practices.
• Stellar track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs, respond to complaints, explain policies & resolve conflicts as well as handle all operational details related to such matters.
