Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Responsible to Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Restaurant Manager.
• Responsible for Head Waiter/ Waitress, Waiter/ Waitress & Host/ Hostess.
• A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.
• All duties and tasks are performed as per the tasks required at the outlet.
• Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.

• Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.
• Be knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.
• Successfully perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
• Being knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Good communication skills
• Spanish language is a strong advantage
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor.
• Luxury experience.
• Essential tohave a good command of the English language (spoken and written)
• You will be a highly driven and motivated individual with a good knowledge and understanding of Food and Beverage operations, knowledge of F&B applications (Micros).

• Good knowledge of wine, beverage, cocktail is an advantage
• Posses good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Flexibility to work longer hours as per business demand
