Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Weekly outdoor sales meetings.
• Creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Developing a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
• Developing forms and records to document project activities.
• Setting up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
• Monitoring and reporting the progress of projects.
• Establishing a communication schedule to update the organization s team on the progress of projects.
• Monitoring all budgeted project expenditures.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Excellent communication, presentation , data display and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Focus on quality.
• Self-learner and capable of working under least supervision.
• Ability to handle pressure and Challenging Deadlines.
• Excellent teaming / cooperation skills.
• Good analytical brain.
• Ability to balance conflicting needs.
