Job Duties :
Help creating route-to-market strategy and adapt it to local needs
Build and execute GBA sales plans
Lead business plan development for region (both short term and long term)
Deliver business & in-market objectives in line with business plan (top and bottom line)
Attract, retain and develop talent
Promote desired culture entrepreneurial, winning, accountable, ownership.
Facilitate work of multifunctional team (SC, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance)
Ensure strong and effective network with support functions
Senior P&L responsibility for region
Manage & drive distributor network
Develop key customer & distributor relationships
Evaluate results and act accordingly to achieve objectives
Identify opportunities.

Requirements:
Higher education, fluent English, PC literate, 7 years relevant experience
Sales, proven records of experience of building teams successfully.
Experience working in fast growing, rapidly changing market.
Expert knowledge of trade terms and conditions.
Expert knowledge of customer P&L management (both distributor & Modern trade preferred).
