Job Duties :
• Identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
• Working under minimal supervision will be responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements :
• BS/MS degree in related field, preferably business administration or computer science
• Confident, well presented, have a desire to succeed and the ability to quickly establish and build relationships with customers.
• Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Detail oriented, Dedicated to work.
• Fluent in English.
• 3+ year experience of insurance brokerage in relevant roles in UAE.
