Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies, develops, and evaluates marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics
- Assists in preparation, administration and documentation of proposals.
- Conducts sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market the serviced apartment.
- Oversees the maintenance of clients database and information.
- Prepares monthly reports of leasing for review of plans and procedures.
- Conducts economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for the Company.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.
- Excellent spoken and written language in Arabic and English.
- Well versed in use of computer programs such as but not limited to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Well-groomed, Confident, Good organizational and people skills, Outgoing and positive personality.
