Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performs sales activities on Key accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with Management.
- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company s products.
- Deal with Infrastructure project consultants and Contractors to be ahead of competition.
- Develop and maintain close business relations with decision makers to increase market share.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Collaborates with Management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- A university degree in Engineering/Science with a Diploma in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of 8 to 10 years of related experience or training in manufacturing sector.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
