Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and develop existing distributer’s, dealers and wholesalers
• Find, select, and build relationships with additional new dealers in the respective sales channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training to increase product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers
• Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products
• Development of the range at their top-accounts.
• Up-dating of the company program.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering
• Commercial awareness and sales planning
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Ability to work very autonomously, structured and to deadlines
• Travel to the countries mentioned is only required yearly
• IT literate.
• Customer Service knowledge
• Strategy implementation experience
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Detail oriented, self-discipline and self-motivation
• Able to confidently deal with all management levels
• Strong presentation and training skills.
