Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
• Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data and graphics.
• Prepares reports by collecting information.
• Secures information by completing database backups.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel, arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Graduate Degree holder.
• Minimum two years experience in the same field.
• Only Female candidates need to apply.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Time management skills.
