Secretary Sharjah jobs. Currently we are looking for Secretary for our company in Sharjah. Interested Candidates Can submit their Application.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Daily report to the General Manager and provide full administrative and secretarial responsibilities to support the team.
• Deal with incoming post on a daily basis, passing for action where appropriate.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
• Organize and schedule meetings and take down meetings minutes and agendas.
• Establish office filing systems and maintain effectively security and archive of all electronic and hard copies documentation.
• Maintain company policies and procedures in coordination with General Manager and appropriate Line Managers
• Assist General Manager in sourcing out permanent as well as temporary staff.
• Assist in sourcing out suppliers of office equipment
• Provide administration support to different departments and concerned persons
• Prepare letter of appointments, memo/circulars.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Graduate / Diploma
• Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office.
