Jobs career management

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Handling petty cash payments.
• Collect, review, and move all invoices through the approval process;
• Maintains general ledger accounts amortizations prepaid; and reconciling accounts payable ledgers & accruals.
• Run accounts payable reports ; analyze vendors balance as needed.
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.

• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Assist in monthly closings and special projects, as necessary.
• Maintain the corporate fixed assets register; add capital additions.
• Reconcile Financial modules with GL accounts.
• Provide external and internal auditors with needed samples.
• Reporting to accounting manager.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance (English section is preferred).
• 3 – 6 years experience in financial department.
• Working on ERP systems ( preferred ).
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
