Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Design, install, configure, support and maintain Network infrastructure according to industry best practices
• Monitor network performance and implement performance tuning when necessary
• Diagnose and manage complex network problems
• Participate in incident management, asset management, change management, project management, and continuous improvement of network environment
• Create /update the technical documentation and knowledge base.
• Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices
• Provide periodic status reports and updates to management
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve current problems and solve issues, often under time constraints
• Monitor and Support Data Center Infrastructure using Data Center monitoring tools
• Contact ISPs/Suppliers/Vendors for escalating/following up incidents
• Communicate the required RFO to the customer
• Respond to the customer request with the agreed-on SLA
• Escalate incidents/problems to the second-tier support.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
BSc degree of Computer science/ Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience
• CCNA & CCNP (Security) are a must
• Strong practical experience on Cisco, Fortinet.
