Senior CX Executive in E Dubai jobs. Currently we are looking for Senior CX Executive for our company. Location Dubai. Find Jobs in Gulf Countries
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the Customer, by analyzing data (CRM, Social Listening, Surveys, etc.) and leveraging any Voice of the Customer programmed/tool available, aiming at designing the Customer Archetypes / Personas for each brand and to personalize the CX design for each Archetype/Personas
• Benchmark our brands against the direct and indirect competitors, globally and locally, as well as perform research and analysis to inject CX Innovation in our brands
• Understand what the CX best practices are, at each stage of the Customer Journey, to design the best CX for our brands
• Hold and/or support workshops and co-design sessions with (senior) business users coming from different departments (marketing, retail, digital, etc.) to collect the info required to map out the customer journeys and the CX transformation plan
• Support the CX Team in developing a list of ideas and initiatives to achieve the aspired Customer Journey and elevate the overall Customer Experience.
Education & Experience:
• 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally at a large consulting firm/agency or B2C industry in retail, fashion, consumer goods, airlines, etc.
• Ability to hold and lead workshops with different stakeholders in the business
• Understanding of customer experience and insights on customer journey
• Can map our customer journeys and advise on best practices and CX innovations
• A Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree.
