Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Assure organizational chart guarantees achieving the strategic objectives.
• Deliver full recruitment services including needs analysis, forecasting plan, employment process.
• Conducting job Analysis for all jobs.
• Selecting appropriate staff and sources to meet its strategic goals of employment.
• Assist in developing PMS and setting Performance Development plan accordingly.
• Analyzes employees’ turnover in each unit to know its reasons and suggest ideas to minimize it.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• HR diploma is required
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities
• High interpersonal skills
• Results oriented.
